Expanded Learning Opportunities Program Summer Learning

St. Helena School District is teaming up with the Boys and Girls Club to offer an Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) Summer Learning experience for any Kindergarten through 6th grade student who meets one or more of the ELOP criteria below:

  • Multilingual Learner (ML)/ English Learner (EL)

  • Students eligible for Free or Reduced-Price Meals (FRPM)

  • Foster Youth, or Homeless Youth 


The program will run from Wednesday, June 10, 2026 through Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, except on June 19th, a federal holiday. 

Participation in the ELOP Summer Learning program is entirely voluntary for families and the program is provided at no cost to qualifying students.

If your child meets the criteria and you’d like to participate, please enroll each child using the QR code on the flyer by Friday, May 29, 2026.  Please note, you will also have to register your child with the Boys and Girls Club to attend the summer program.
